Stause — whose predecessors include "Glee" star Matthew Morrison,justin hartley, and her partner and boss,Jason Oppenheim— first met the Australian musician at a Halloween concert in October 2021, and the two became friends before a party at Stause's Los Angeles home changed everything.

While G Flip is non-binary and uses their/them pronouns, as a support act, Stause was invited by Australian singer Tones and I, who recently hired her as a real estate agent.
The two only met while passing by at night, but impressed each other by inadvertently turning up in the same outfit.
"I'm a skeleton in a very DIY thrift store," G Flip told the press. "My costume only cost $15. And Chrisell looks like a million-dollar skeleton."

In the same interview with Vogue Australia, the pair recalled their first kiss at a party Stause threw at his house to help G Flip network and make friends in their new city.
"I went to Chrishell's parties all by myself and I forced myself to talk to people and make friends," G Flip recalls.
The night takes an unexpected turn when the date Stause invited doesn't show up. "Chrishell got up and we kissed," added G Flip.
The "Selling Sunset" star said she "definitely still thought I was right at that party" because she had kissed female friends before, "but it was more for the man's reaction."
"I don't have a problem doing something like that, but in the back of my mind I don't think I can have a meaningful relationship with anyone," she said.

Stause and G Flip attended their first awards show together as a couple just a month after going public with their relationship.
At the ceremony, Stause took home the award for Best Reality Star and used her speech to thank fans for embracing her new relationship.
She told the audience: "Really quickly, I knew about the nomination before I even said my sexuality. I'm not trying to get to the bottom of it with you guys, but the fact that it's after the vote, that's for me. Saying that means a lot to me because I'm not sure how it's going to go."

Both Stause and G Flip marked their one-year dating anniversary on March 15 by posting sweet tributes to each other on Instagram.
On his Instagram Story, Stause shared a photo of G Flip, smiling and holding a large bouquet of red roses in a glass vase.
"❤️🔥 ❤️🔥 ❤️🔥 Our first year will be hard to beat but it's trying! I love you babyyyyy 🥰 Happy Anniversary @gflip," she captioned the photo.
G Flip gave back by sharing a photo of Stause with the caption, "Love you 365 days ❤️ @chrishellstause."
They also revealed in a TikTok post that they wrote a song for their boyfriend as a gift.
"We started dating a year ago today. So I wanted to show her the first song I wrote about her. I'm not what you planned. I want to be your man," the singer wrote in the video.
On May 11, Stause revealed in an Instagram Reel that she and G Flip were married
"Love doesn't always go as planned... sometimes it can be too good to be true," the reality starwrote on instagramIn addition to the couple's romantic highlight video, the clip also ends with a shot of them kissing at the wedding altar.
Stause can be seen wearing a satin dress and strappy silver heels, while G Flip opted for a black suit and white sneakers.
